Human Resource Services:
Sorci Insurance Brokerage contracts with Human Resource Specialists to provide our clients with the following Human Resource Consulting Services, at no charge:
- Phone and Web-based HR support every day from a knowledgeable HR expert
- Biweekly Newsletters with current updates and changes in law
- Web-based HR content, including usable forms and resource links
Loss Control Services:
Sorci Insurance Brokerage will arrange for loss control services, customized to each client's individual needs. Loss control services will be provided either by the insurance carrier or an independent consultant, hired by Sorci Insurance Brokerage.
Claims Oversight and Unit Statistical Review:
A member of our staff will be your dedicated, full-time claims manager. All of the claims affecting your experience mod will be monitored by your claims manager. A key element is to manage claims for all years included in an ex-mod calculation, regardless of us being the agent. This service is provided at no additional cost.
All of our claims managers have completed the required classes and received the "Workers' Compensation Claims Administrator" designation issued by the Insurance Educational Association. To put this in perspective, it is estimated that less than 15% of claims adjusters have achieved this high level designation.
